- An ad agency revised its quote to one of our clients, nearly tripling the projected cost. ASAP WebWorks recommended they continue the project through the design phase, then hire us to build the content management system and populate the site’s content. We completed the project for the original quote.
- A small business client had to leave several messages and wait on average over a week to hear back from its webmaster, then after asking to make a simple change, received a bill for “phone consultation”
